Wu Family

Once a well-known cultivation family with extended lifespans headed toward immortality, they were thrown back into the cycle of reincarnation during the same cataclysm that took the life of fourth son Wu Haotian.

Parents

A father with two wives, called Da Niang and Er Niang respectively. While not particularly romantic, they share congenial relationships and co-parent with a light hand.

Wu Yutian 巫宇天

Da ge. Eldest son and heir apparent. Son of Da Niang, twin to Yuxin, born before midnight.

THEN:
Skilled diplomat and fierce fighter. Smart and observant. Has been high profile since birth. Good at seeing the big picture and keeping the boat steady. Gives his parents peace of mind.

NOW:
More-or-less co-runs the family business with Yuxin; the parents are semi-retired and chilling, mostly. Serves as the public face and travels a lot to various assignments from the family HQ on the mainland. Married with kids.

Wu Yuxin 巫瑀心

Da jie. Daughter of Da Niang, twin to Yutian, born after midnight.

THEN:
Master strategist and manipulator. Rarely shows her martial or spiritual skills in public but probably ranks second after Haotian in overall strength. Subtle and deadly. A gentle iron fist that runs the family's shadow arm.

NOW:
Co-runs the family business with Yutian; has a law degree and isn't afraid to use it. Handles most business negotiations and is only ever photographed looking impeccable. Keeps tabs on everyone, most likely to drop by unannounced.

Wu Letian 巫樂天

San ge. Son of Da Niang.

THEN:
Sandwiched between extremely talented siblings, the most scholarly of the bunch. An expert on ancient texts and a variety of esoteric topics. A bit short tempered and prone to nagging. Doesn't care much for fighting but can hold his own. Very musical.

NOW:
Runs the books from the family HQ, in charge of supplies and logistics and the day-to-day running of the household. The only sibling who isn't constantly on the move and prefers it that way. Only takes cases requiring his particular expertise.

Wu Jiaxin 巫加心

Wu mei. Daughter of Er Niang.

THEN:
Sharp but a bit flighty. Closest to Hao. Likes to show off and sometimes runs her mouth more than she should. Gossip demon. Will fight anyone and more than likely win. Has a lot of suitors.

NOW:
Stationed in Taiwan with Haotian. A fashionista who was stuck doing most of the people-handling and Hao-wrangling until Yanjie showed up. Recently engaged and nowhere near above showing it off. Always up on the local gossip, popular with her peers.

Wu Chutian 巫楚天

Liu di. Son of Da Niang.

THEN:
Terror twin #1 with Taotian. Carefree and feckless, up for anything. Kind of a braggart but can usually back it up. Most likely to pick fights. Gets nitpicked by Hao and san ge.

NOW:
Stationed in Singapore with Taotian. Still rowdy and gets into plenty of trouble but his big sister has dedicated PR and fire suppression teams on site that help keep him in check. Has a popular food blog and a very large twitter following.

Qi di. Son of Er Niang.

THEN:
Terror twin #2 with Chutian. The baby of the family, cheerful and easygoing and a trouble magnet. If he's not coming up with bad ideas he's going along with them. Laughs loudly and easily.

NOW:
Stationed in Singapore with Chutian. Freewheeling and popular. Still susceptible to his brother's bad ideas but moderately better at managing his own image. Basically an instagram model. His pets have their own accounts and he updates them religiously.
