Scary biokinetic witch with a scarier coven. Chill until she's ripping your face off.

Abilities: Hereditary witch. Can perform spells, particularly skilled with charms and glamours, capable of dreamsharing etc; exercise of magic is uncontrolled and limited without ritual performance. Her blood is poisonous and she can see in the dark. Her innate ability is biokinesis – full control of her own body down to a molecular level; capable of physically altering her appearance, the limits of her body, turning off pain receptors, etc. She can exercise her power on others, but only with the aid of powerful spells and her covenmates.

Personality: Ishani comes off as very easy going; it's actually a mixture of being tightly self-controlled and a sort of pervasive indifference to most people. Shis is, however, fiercely loyal to those she considers “one of hers.” She gets along well with others on a purely superficial level, and is good at a sort of friendly neutrality. She is by necessity extremely aware of her body and the space it occupies, which makes her very observant on the whole. She can flip between laughing and casual violence without blinking, and is often acerbic. Her sense of humor in particular can be quite abrasive. She will unapologetically and ruthlessly enforce her boundaries, and while she doesn't hold grudges, she never forgets.

History: Ishani was born in New Jersey to the children of immigrants. After years under the thumb of her casually abusive father, Ishani's mother finally fled with her and her younger brother when she was ten, eventually settling down in a sleepy Connecticut town where she did the rest of her growing up. After a great deal of bickering with her mother, she attended an arts school for dance; she eventually dropped out without completing her degree. Her brother, on the other hand, is a civil engineer. she still checks in with them every once in a while, but they don't talk much.
