1000 year old snake demon socialite who dates rich old men to siphon off their life force and add it to her own.

Abilities: Bai is a centuries-old snake demon. Basically, she seduces men and slowly devours their souls to maintain her effective immortality. Her true form is an extremely large, pure white snake, but she's unlikely to change unless she needs the full force of her powers for some reason. She has the ability to charm and lull others and drain away their life force. She does need someone's permission in order to fully consume their energy, but she's an old hand at getting it, at this point.

Personality: On the surface, Bai is demure, well-mannered, and only a tiny bit sly. In reality, she's manipulative, ambitious, and plain vicious when pressed. She can be greedy occasionally, but usually has a good handle on what she can realistically handle. She prefers to do her fighting in a civilized fashion, loves gossip and backroom dealing, and her basic defense mechanism is feigning innocence. She's gotten pretty good at it. Her basic modus operandi is to charm people into doing what she wants; when that fails she's not averse to applying appropriate force. Methodical and even-tempered, she's difficult to get a rise out of, but it's quite clear when she loses her temper – she goes ice cold.

History: Basically she's been floating around the world since the Song Dynasty, under a variety of different aliases (Bai Suzhen being the most common), working her way through a long list of men and collecting quite a bit of treasure along the way. She's generally careful to stay under the radar.
