Powers: Puppet Mastery/Motor-Skill Manipulation

General Personality: Caroline is a flaily awkward turtle who is not so much shy as terminally socially inept. She gets flustered easily and tends to get loud and squeaky when that happens. She's generally sweet and surprisingly tenacious and does the best when she has clear rules to follow (like for school work). She's extremely ambivalent about her powers and unsure about the whole superhero thing, but right now all she wants to do is fit in. She gets extremely self-conscious about using her abilities in public and never uses it on people unless she's extremely scared – she doesn't like doing it. Because she has a bit of a difficult time making friends, she tends to be a little clingy and insecure.

History: From a loving but rather clueless family, Caroline is the first of her line in recent history to manifest powers. When she was thirteen she marched a bully away from her older brother (a thing he is still a bit embarrassed about), got suspended, and was sent to Doc Stu's the next semester. She calls her parents every night and keeps her head down for the most part.
