History
- Born into Shantian Lou
- Had a happy and idyllic childhood training with his shifu and Ma Lingxiao
- A star pupil from early on, raised with high ideals
- Began a romantic relationship with Lingxiao in his teens
- The sect was massacred overnight just before his 18th birthday
- Fought together with Lingxiao but sustainted a serious injury
- Lingxiao shoved him into a secret passageway and blocked the door to save him and lost his own life in the process
- By the time Xueqiao made it to the other end of the tunnel everyone was dead or dying
- Shifu made him promise to restore the sect with his last breath
- Survived with a punctured lung; the exterior wound healed but the internal one did not
- Wandered aimlessly for about a year, recovering slowly
- In that time he broke up and rescued Fu Shuyi from a child trafficking ring and adopted her
- Eventually made a name for himself as he continued to do heroic deeds on his quest to find out what really happened to Shantian Lou
